The holidays are here, and there we have a lot to celebrate! We are happy to have been posting to our new Wills and Estates Law blog for almost a year now. We really enjoy finding interesting and informative topics for our readers, and want to thank all of you for taking the time to read our posts. Our favourite posts this year included posts on removing an estate executor, finding missing heirs, and why you need to make a will.

We wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday, and all the best in 2015! We’ll be back in the New Year with more great blogs for you on a variety of issues related to estate planning, administration and litigation. If you have any ideas for topics you would like to see in future issues, please send us an email.
