To visit Canada, you must be granted a visitor visa. An immigration officer will consider a number of different factors to demonstrate whether the applicant is a genuine visitor. If the applicant comes from a visa exempt country, then the assessment of the intention to visit Canada will be made at the Canadian border.

Studying in Canada can be a wonderful experience for any student, as Canada is one of the most desirable countries to pursue studies in for numerous reasons, such as the high quality of education, reasonable costs of studying, an opportunity to work while at school, safety and the reasonable cost of living.

In order to apply for a Canadian Study Permit, the student is required to present an acceptance letter from a recognized Canadian school, college or university. We can assist you to apply for a study permit and guide you to options open that are open to you either for work or immigration

In case you intend to work in Canada you are required to obtain a work permit. We offer to assist you to file you application for work permit or renewing you current work permit.     • Canadian provinces offer nominations for workers who have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to their economy and want to live that province as a permanent resident.

Canada offers refugee protection to some people in Canada who fear persecution or who would be in danger if they had to leave. Some dangers they may face include

  • risk to their life
  • risk of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment

If you feel you could face one of these risks if you go back to your home country or the country where you normally live, you may be able to seek protection in Canada as a refugee.
