Training – Bargaining and Negotiations

Intensive training programs for all levels

Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP’s lawyers and consultants have been negotiating collective agreements for four decades. Notwithstanding this, we appreciate the importance of union leaders taking on the role of lead negotiator, and so we regularly provide custom negotiation training to individual clients or groups. A full menu of negotiation training sessions allows clients to select the most appropriate level of training. Alternatively we can customize training to fit precisely with the areas our clients want to develop. Training options include introductory, advanced, and simulated negotiations exercises. We have worked with groups ranging from five to over a hundred and have, over the years, provided training to more than a thousand union negotiators across Canada. For more information about Nelligan O’Brien Payne LLP’s collective bargaining/negotiation training contact Sean McGee.
