When temperatures start to rise, families often head to local swimming pools to beat the heat. However, swimming pools accidents occur every single year. The consequences of such injuries be devastating.

Swimming pool accidents are usually caused by a lack of supervision, defective pool equipment and/or a pool owner’s failure to adhere to safety protocols. Common injuries include head injuries, fractures, sprains, strains and death. Several losses can be incurred by either the victim of the accident or their family depending on the nature of the injuries. Losses can include:
