We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Intake Clerk. As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Intake Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the initial inquiry to the commencement of legal services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) would be a strong asset.
  • Legal industry experience or knowledge is a plus but not required.
