Lawyer Paula Lester competes at the Canadian Ultimate Championships

Family lawyer Paula Lester recently took part in the Canadian Ultimate Championships in Winnipeg, Manitoba, from August 13-16, 2015. She competed in the women’s division with Capitals, a team of elite women’s ultimate (Frisbee) players from Ontario. After playing against some of the top women’s ultimate teams from all over Canada, Paula and her team finished third, earning the bronze medal.

On September 12-13, Paula and her team will compete for a spot in the United States National Championships, which will take place on October 1-4, 2015, in Dallas, Texas. This fall, Paula will also be coaching the Carleton University Women’s Ultimate Team for her second year.
