How many people do you know who pursued a law degree after a multi-decade career practising as a family physician?

Meet Sam Shortt, Personal Injury and Litigation lawyer with a special interest in medical malpractice.  Sam joined our team in 2018 as an articling student. He has always been passionate about helping people and saw similarities in the human aspect of medicine and law.

Some people were surprised about Sam’s new venture later in life, commenting, “You’re going to be 100 when you graduate!”

His response? “I may as well be 100 with a law degree!”
