We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Clerk for a 12-month contract. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process outgoing and incoming Canada Post mail.
  • Handle copy and scanning jobs as needed.
  • Maintain paper supplies for satellite copiers.
  • Assist with off-site document storage.
  • Keep kitchens and serveries tidy, ensuring coffee is available throughout the day.
  • Back up reception duties, including checking EFAX folder and client emails.
  • Prepare, close, and manage client files, including database maintenance for off-site storage.
  • Support time docket and disbursement management.
