Mohamed is a Trademark Agent at Nelligan Law and a member of our Intellectual Property team.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in Egypt, where he discovered his passion for intellectual property. After moving to Canada, Mohamed built more than a decade of experience in the trademarks field, working with a variety of law firms. He has assisted clients in overcoming objections, securing their trademarks, and managing both domestic and international trademark portfolios to ensure they remain in good standing.
In addition to his legal practice, Mohamed has worked as a paralegal instructor at Herzing College, supporting students as they begin their own legal careers. He is dedicated to developing his skills with the goal of becoming a trademark lawyer, while continuing to serve as a valuable member of the legal community.
Outside of his professional life, Mohamed is family-oriented and enjoys cars and music.
