Sarah is an Associate Lawyer with Nelligan Law, practicing in our Employment group.

Her practice focused on workplace issues including wrongful dismissals, human rights, and workplace investigations regarding a variety of matters, including allegations of serious workplace misconduct. Sarah advises both employers and employees.

Sarah joined Nelligan Law as an associate lawyer in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah began her career as a criminal defence lawyer before transitioning to working with both employer and employee clients for a large national law firm and large regional firm in Western Canada. Before attending law school, Sarah worked in human resources and developed a strong foundation in navigating and resolving workplace issues.

For employer clients, Sarah advises on all manner of workplace issues, including employee discipline and dismissal, workplace policies and handbooks, and compliance with employment standards and human rights legislation, including workplace accommodation issues.
