Meet Jessica Fullerton, an experienced personal injury and insurance lawyer.
Her practice includes wrongful death cases, car and bus accidents, long term disability denials, impaired driving cases, slip and falls, as well as medical malpractice cases. Where available, she assists clients in obtaining meaningful access to accident benefits, including litigation to secure the enhanced benefits available with the Catastrophic designation.
Jessica is based in Ottawa and serves clients in Brockville, Cornwall, Pembroke and throughout Ontario. She has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and numerous administrative Tribunals.
