• Any documents, including offers of employment, Ford has sent;
• Any other correspondence, including email or documents related to this matter, from Ford or BlackBerry; and
• A written description, including approximate dates of any other events, communications, conversations, etc. that you think are at all related to this matter. Specifically, anything related to what would happen if you turned down employment from Ford, what would happen to your years of service, and representations as to whether or not this was a sale of business. Moreover, if there were any statements made that led you to believe or suggested to you that your employment may be terminated, please provide those as well.
