Congratulations to Craig O’Brien who is a recipient of the coveted Forty Under 40 award for 2017!

The Forty Under 40 award is jointly organized by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, and recognizes individuals who have shown leadership, innovation, business acumen and community involvement in Ottawa and the National Capital Region.

Craig is a partner at Nelligan O’Brien Payne and the leader of both the Commercial Litigation and Business Law groups. He works in civil litigation, commercial and construction litigation, insurance defence, professional liability litigation and business law.

He has appeared before all levels of Ontario Courts, and various administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Craig is also heavily involved in a number of local community organizations, including as an Executive member of the County of Carleton Law Association, and fundraising activities with Ottawa’s United Way.
