As of March 23, 2016, the Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) will have a new name. It will be known as the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Another change is being made to the Community trade mark, which will be renamed the European Union trade mark.
These changes were implemented by Regulation (EU) No 2015/2424 of the European Parliament and the Council amending the Community trade mark regulation.
