Bev is an experienced Law Clerk in our Real Estate and Development team.

She brings more than 30 years of dedicated work on countless development files and has extensive hands-on experience providing essential support to our lawyers and clients across all stages of complex land development and mixed‑use projects.

Bev offers deep knowledge of title matters including title repairs, land division, condominium and subdivision registration, and off title matters including complex documentation preparation,  shared property agreements, condominium Disclosure Statements, municipal planning applications and approvals.  Working closely with our lawyers, Bev manages critical components of the real estate development process, including project timelines, document preparation and registration, and communications with consultants, municipalities and our clients. Her experience and familiarity with the practical demands of sophisticated real estate development ensures efficiency, and steady progress on every file.
