Paralegal

Holly Poirier is a paralegal in the Real Estate and Development Group.

She joined Nelligan Law in 2018, bringing with her a solid foundation in drafting and legal research across various practice areas such as Landlord and Tenant, Small Claims Court, and the License Appeal Tribunal.

With a Paralegal Graduate Diploma from Sheridan College, Holly has been a licensed paralegal since 2017 and continually enhances her skills through Continuing Legal Education courses provided by the Law Society and Stewart Title.

 

Since arriving at Nelligan, Holly has honed her focus on residential, commercial, development, and real estate financing transactions. She plays a pivotal role in assisting lawyers to close transactions efficiently, drawing on her expansive legal knowledge and experience. Known for her friendly demeanor, Holly is always eager to assist colleagues and clients, sharing her knowledge to improve outcomes and streamline processes.

 

Originally from Palgrave, Ontario, Holly has called Ottawa home since 2010. When not immersed in real estate transactions, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with friends and family, embracing the balance between a rewarding professional life and an active personal life.
