Joe is a lawyer at Nelligan Law, practicing in civil litigation.

Known for clear communication, thorough preparation, and a client-focused approach, he represents clients in a wide range of disputes and helps individuals and organizations navigate complex legal problems with confidence and practical insight.

Fluent in English and Arabic, Joe is dedicated to ensuring that legal services are accessible and that every client feels understood and supported throughout the process.

Joe earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he honed advocacy skills through moot competitions and contributed to research examining the intersection of artificial intelligence and the law. Before entering law, Joe completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with High Distinction at Carleton University, where he received the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement. These experiences reflect a commitment to rigorous thinking, strong writing, and clear analysis—qualities that now shape his litigation practice.

Outside of practice, Joe enjoys weightlifting and reading, pursuits that reflect both discipline and curiosity—qualities that also define his legal work.
