Jon is an associate lawyer at Nelligan Law and a member of our Litigation team.

He is passionate about helping members of his community overcome some of the most complex and stressful situations in their lives.

Before pursuing law, Jon completed a Master of Science in Neuroscience at Carleton University. He left the sciences to pursue a career that allowed him to solve complex problems and at the same time, advocate for others.

Before joining Nelligan Law, Jon Articled at a medium-sized litigation boutique. He has diverse experience having assisted on many litigation matters, including construction, corporate/commercial, property and real estate, employment, personal injury, and plaintiff-side insurance/investment financial loss claims. Jon has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Justice.

Outside of work, Jon fancies himself a film and television aficionado, and whenever he isn’t lamenting the existence of a fourth Indiana Jones film, he can likely be found playing the guitar, feeding his three cats, or shopping with his mom.
