Kevin Padley is a dedicated law clerk in our Litigation Law team at Nelligan Law.

With a robust educational background in both law and business, Kevin combines his academic insights and practical skills to support complex litigation cases effectively.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Nipissing University, where he developed a keen understanding of business principles that now enhance his legal expertise. He further honed his legal skills by completing the Paralegal program at Algonquin College, graduating with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in a fast-paced legal environment.

Since joining Nelligan Law, Kevin has applied his skills in various aspects of litigation, demonstrating a particular aptitude for meticulous research, document preparation, and case management. His proactive approach and ability to grasp detailed legal concepts make him a valuable asset to our team and clients.

Outside of work, Kevin is an enthusiastic supporter of Ottawa’s local sports teams. He enjoys attending games and experiencing the vibrant community spirit at these events.
