Madison Chilvers is an associate lawyer with Nelligan Law, practicing in our Employment Law group.

Her practice focuses on helping both employees and employers navigate workplace issues, including constructive and wrongful dismissals, human rights matters, contract reviews, and workplace accommodations.

Madison is committed to understanding her clients’ concerns, providing steady support, and making the legal process as clear and manageable as possible. Her experience with the litigation process enables her to guide clients with confidence, whether their matters settle early or proceed in court. Her goal is always to find a practical, reasonable solution that protects her clients’ interests while minimizing conflict whenever possible.

Before joining Nelligan Law, Madison began her career as a Family and Estates Litigation Lawyer before transitioning into Employment Law at a mid‑sized firm in Toronto.

Outside of work, Madison loves getting lost in a good book, exploring new hiking trails, and playing tabletop games with friends.
