Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Entrepreneurship from the University of Ottawa. Her expertise includes designing and implementing policies and programs that drive engagement, growth and results. Pamela is passionate about connecting talent to purpose and believes in the power of culture to energize workplaces where everyone can thrive.
