Veronica Mills is an experienced law clerk who has been a valued member of the firm since 2015.

She brings a strong academic foundation to her practice, having earned her Law Clerk Diploma from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law from Carleton University.

Veronica practices in a broad range of real estate matters, including residential sales, purchases, mortgage transactions, commercial matters, development, and real estate financing. She has significant experience in condominium development transactions, including managing large‑scale condominium unit sales of up to 100 units, with the ability to efficiently coordinate and close 10 to 15 unit sales per day. Her experience in high‑volume closings reflects her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines and stakeholder coordination.

Originally from London, Ontario, Veronica relocated to Ottawa in 2013 and has since built a reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and reliability. She values strong working relationships, enjoys supporting colleagues, and takes pride in mentoring and assisting new team members.

Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, travelling, and reading.
