Kaitlyn brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, specializing in managing WSIB claims on behalf of our clients.

With a deep understanding of Ontario’s workers’ compensation system and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers, Kaitlyn is committed to ensuring that each client receives the support and representation they deserve.

Her practice includes working closely with employees and various unions – such as transportation and first responders – and their members to help navigate the complicated world of workers’ compensation.

Kaitlyn joined Nelligan Law in 2024 with over 3 years of experience working with WSIB files. She obtained her Paralegal Diploma from Algonquin College and has been a practicing Paralegal since 2020. Prior to this, Kaitlyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Carleton University and held a career in public safety and security.

In her free time Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, DIY projects, and spending time at her family’s home in the country.
