Kimberly Vaughan is a seasoned Litigation Law Clerk at Nelligan Law, where her expertise in various facets of litigation supports the firm’s commitment to delivering outstanding legal services.

Graduating with honours from Humber College in 2004, Kimberly has consistently demonstrated her dedication to legal excellence.

Kimberly’s legal career began in Toronto, where she first worked at Aird & Berlis, honing her skills in commercial litigation She then moved to Ottawa, where she continued her practice at Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG), followed by a position at a smaller firm, before finally joining Nelligan Law. This diverse experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of litigation dynamics across different firm sizes and specialties.

A dedicated member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association for Law Clerks, Kimberly has focused primarily on personal injury law for the past eight years, showcasing her ability to manage complex cases with skill and compassion.

Outside the office, Kimberly is an avid adventurer with a passion for mountain biking, rock climbing, and travelling. Her adventurous spirit and ability to tackle challenges head-on reflect in her professional approach, where she continually strives for the best outcomes for her clients.
