Kyle is a member of the our employment and labour law groups, with a practice focused on workplace issues, such as administrative law, human rights, wrongful dismissals, negotiations with employers, and collective bargaining disputes.

Kyle joined Nelligan Law as an articling student, completing his articles with the firm before returning as an associate.

Drawn to law by a commitment to hold employers accountable to their legal obligations, Kyle helps individuals navigate everyday workplace issues within Canada’s complex legal system. He understands that challenges in the workplace can have a greater impact on our lives, both inside and outside of work.

Kyle is passionate about upholding employees’ legal rights and ensuring they receive the compensation and entitlements they deserve. He is dedicated to helping clients feel empowered when asserting their workplace rights, and is deeply committed to advocating alongside Canada’s union movement to promote fairer working conditions.

Kyle served as a leader of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, uOttawa Chapter, and as a student representative for Pro Bono Students Canada. He also volunteered with legal clinics, including Pro Bono Ontario and Access Pro Bono (British Columbia).

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys long runs on the Rideau Canal, traveling, and dissecting classic literature, and cinema. He is currently learning French and loves cooking, especially experimenting with international dishes.
