Stanford Cummings is an associate lawyer in our Litigation Group.

Stanford practices civil litigation specializing in the areas of insurance disputes, personal injury law, commercial litigation and estates litigation.

Stanford has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal and Superior Court of Justice. Stanford prides himself on his practical experience, pragmatic approach and desire and ability to represent clients in court and at trial. Stanford also represents clients at numerous tribunals including the Licence Appeal Tribunal and Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Stanford co-hosts the podcast Civil Banter with Hamish Mills-McEwan, where they dive into all things civil litigation.

Outside of the office Stanford can be found cheering on his favourite sports teams and trying his hand preparing new creations in the kitchen.
