Nelligan O’Brien Payne is proud to share the exciting news that our very own Pam MacEachern is this year’s recipient of the Ontario Bar Association’s Award of Excellence in the Promotion of Women’s Equality!

PamMacEachernThe award recognizes the significant contributions made by feminist lawyers to the promotion of women’s equality rights in Canadian society, through their work with social justice or the advancement of substantive law. It reflects the spirit of s. 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, as expressed and developed in the substantive equality jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of Canada.
