Nicholas Przulj is an associate lawyer in our Business and Real Estate groups.
He joined Nelligan Law as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles with the firm in 2024 before returning as an associate.

Nicholas completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and earned his law degree from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During law school, he received multiple course prizes, volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada, was a legal intern at the Canadian Red Cross’ Global Relations and Humanitarian Diplomacy Unit, and served as the Associate Editor of the Queen’s Law Journal and Co-Managing Editor of the Canadian Guide to Legal Style.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys travelling, watching movies (having taken multiple cinema courses during his undergrad), and staying active through swimming and playing basketball.
