Senior-level And Executive Terminations

Being terminated is difficult for employees at every level, but it can be especially complicated for employees in Executive positions given level of compensation, and various forms of remuneration like stock options, shares, and bonuses.

It can also be more difficult for Executives and senior level employees to find equivalent positions quickly when searching for a new role.

Packages presented to senior level employees can often fall short of what is an employee is entitled to, given these complexities. It takes time, and an in-depth understanding of the law to examine packages to ensure they are fair. Furthermore, employees can be pressured to sign off on packages quickly, before legal advice can be sought.

An experienced employment lawyer can help navigate executive-level severance packages to make sure you get the package you deserve. If you are a senior or Executive level employee who has recently been presented with a severance package, contact one of our employment lawyers.
